sales are usually considered final. On certain occasions we
will accept returns, however, a minimum of 25% re-stocking fee will be
assessed to cover original shipping & handling and you
must contact us for return authorization before
returning anything. Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the party returning the items. Damaged items
and parts returned without authorization will not be accepted. It
is recommended that you inspect all shipments before signing
the freight bill.
If
a shipment is found to be damaged it must be noted on the
freight bill when signed. Immediately contact us and the
carrier and file a freight claim. We can not be held
responsible for undocumented damage and damage caused by the
carrier.

second rate imported vehicle lifts with some decal stuck on them by whoever is selling them (not the
manufacturer) or other cheap foreign made product on this site no matter how much the profit margin may
be. Be wary of cut-rate lifts & other items that will most likely need future repair sooner (and
more often). Imported parts can be difficult to find, even from the company
that sold it, since many of them are "Hit & Run" companies
that have no real substance. And if something terrible goes wrong?
Don't expect some Manufacturers Lawyers to be flying in from China soon
to stand by you and your insurers in court if somebody sues...
They
just won't show, there's no way to force them to stand by their
products.
Solely internet based companies that
neither install equipment nor provide repair service on it, are often
operating out of
a basement, home office or PO Box with no real "Brick & Mortar"
warehouse location. They sell cheap imported auto lifts as well as second-rate
lubrication equipment, low-grade air-compressors and various other unproven, non-certified junk. They have no real control over whether the product gets re-designed by the
foreign Manufacturer when they are "rolling the dice" purchasing
containers of foreign manufactured products to pass off on some unsuspecting buyer.
So if you want to buy the same item 8 months down the road, it may have
the same model number, but it also may not be the design you bought
previously.
When
it breaks down and you have to repair it, what then? Do they even make the
parts for it anymore or has it been re-designed again?

really made the lift?

foreign made lifts available, their final assembly done in the USA.
They are ALI
/ ETL
Certified, and have valid Warranties, not the inferior product you will find being
sold by some other companies. Furthermore, repair parts will always be
available many years down the road if and when you ever need them, because the lifts we
choose to provide are designed by American Companies and built specifically
to their drawings and standards to become Certified by the ALI and ETL.
If
you don't see the Lift Manufacturer listed as an "ALI Member" on
the ALI website. Their lifts are most-likely NOT Certified.
We may not have the absolute lowest prices on the internet
like some other companies may boast about having, but the quality and reliability of what we sell more than justifies
