is responsible for unloading the items from the delivery
truck. Special delivery requests must be addressed prior to
delivery and extra costs may be incurred for special delivery
options.

ITEM
RETURN POLICY Item sales are usually considered final. On
certain occasions we will accept returns, however, a minimum
of 25% re-stocking fee will be assessed to cover
original shipping & handling and you must contact us for
return authorization before returning anything.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the party
returning the items. Damaged items and parts returned without
authorization will not be accepted. It is
recommended that you inspect all shipments before signing the
freight bill.
If
a shipment is found to be damaged it must be noted on the
freight bill when signed. Immediately contact us and the
carrier and file a freight claim. We can not be held
responsible for undocumented damage and damage caused by the
carrier.
Seller
provides no warranties other than in accordance with
Manufacturer's written limited warranty accompanying the
particular product sold.
In
no event shall Seller be liable for special, consequential, or
incidental damages or injures of any kind or nature whatever,
including but not limited to loss of profit, rental of
substitute equipment or other commercial loss, for the breach
of or delay in performance of the warranty. In no event will
Seller's liability exceed the price paid for the product.
