RETURN POLICY Item sales are usually
considered final. On certain occasions we will accept returns,
however, a minimum of 25% re-stocking fee will be assessed to
cover original shipping & handling and you must contact us for
return authorization before returning anything. Return
shipping costs are the responsibility of the party returning the
items. Damaged items and parts returned without authorization will
not be accepted. It is recommended that you inspect all
shipments before signing the freight bill.
If
a shipment is found to be damaged it must be noted on the freight
bill when signed. Immediately contact us and the carrier and file a
freight claim. We can not be held responsible for undocumented
damage and damage caused by the carrier.
